Strategize your Tic-Tac-Toe plays in Rubik's cube

Tic-Tac-Toe meets the Rubik's Cube! Players can place marks on any face and rotate the cube's rows strategically to outplay their opponent.

Rules

1. There are 2 players (X and O).
2. Player can take tone to choose to place a symbol or rotate a row of cube.
3. The first to line up 3 own marks consecutively win the match.
4. If the number of turn reaches limit, the match is concluded to be draw.
